The Canadian Improv Showcase is pleased to offer their special brand of interactive entertainment to seniors facilities across the country whether they be retirement residences or long-term care facilities.

We have created a special hour long performance format that will keep audience members in stitches the entire time! The style of performance is similar to that of the popular, long-running TV series "Whose Line is it Anyway?"

This presentation can be conducted in almost any facility as our staging requirements are very minimal. We can work in activity rooms, general purpose rooms, dining rooms or anywhere you can amass a group of residents. We can even perform outside, weather permitting.

We are happy to customize this event to meet your needs. If you want to make our visit a 'friends and family' event (or any other occasion), that's great! If you would prefer an interactive workshop format, we can do that too.

Our showcase is perfect for audience members of any age or level of engagement/physical mobility. We don't make anyone come up on stage and volunteer. Audience members can participate from the comfort of their seat by calling out suggestions during the show (when asked) and a variety of other ways. Also, we never pick on the audience, it's just not our style. Facility staff are also welcome to join in on the fun as it creates a shared experience that is very memorable.

Please inquire for an exact price based on your location by using the Contact page.

Also, as we are part of a registered charity, you may seek out sponsorship opportunities to cover the cost of our visit. You find a sponsor, willing to pay our fees, citing that they would like to cover the cost of our visit, and your facility would get the event at no cost. The generous sponsor would receive a letter of thanks as well as a registered charitable tax receipt.
